WARDOGS Roadmap 2026

WARDOGS is developed by BULKHEAD and published by Team17.

1. August 21–23, 2026 — Closed beta. The test ended. The next test window is not announced.
2. September 10, 2026 — Steam Early Access. WARDOGS launched for PC / Windows, the only confirmed platform.
3. September 10, 2026 — Early Access pricing. Standard is $39.99; Supporter Edition is $49.99.
4. Early Access duration — around 1 to 2 years. Steam states the expected window. The version 1.0 date and price are not announced.
5. October 15, 2026 — Season 02 (Update 0.2.0). WARDOGS Season 02 released on Steam. The update adds four weapons, four vehicles, new buildable structures, and heavy rain weather that changes visibility and battlefield conditions. A scheduled maintenance window ran on October 15 between 08:00 and 09:30 UTC; servers are back online.
6. PlayStation and Xbox — not announced. BULKHEAD says console versions are planned, but there is no formal announcement, store page, or date.

WARDOGS updates are delivered as numbered Early Access seasons. Season 02 went live on October 15, 2026 as Update 0.2.0.
